C18 Hotel Information

The conference will be held at the Nationwide Hotel & Conference Center just outside of Columbus, Ohio, and rooms are NOW available. Registration and check-in for Camp will be on the afternoon of July 9th, 2023. Camp will conclude with the Starfish Dinner and Dance on the evening of July 12th, 2023. Please book your room in advance.

Families often comment that staying in the same hotel as the conference, with the other families, is a must for the full “Conference Experience.” Staying at the Nationwide Hotel & Conference Center means that you’ll be right in the middle of all the conference action. Please reserve your accommodations early. Your reservation is your responsibility. First come, first served!
