The 2025 Chromosome 18 Conference wil take place at the Americana Conference Resort Spa & Waterpark in Niagara Falls, Ontario! This year’s Conference will be a little different from previous years as the hotel has a water park! While there will still be educational sessions for parents, along with Sibling & Self-Advocate tracks, there will also be free time allotted in the schedule for families to enjoy the water park. 

Check-in for Conference will be on the afternoon of July 13th, 2025. Conference will conclude with the Starfish Dinner and Dance on the evening of July 16th, 2025. Please book your room in advance.

We have a special group rate for the Chromosome 18 Conference of $209 CAD per night, which will be available for the dates of July 13th – July 16th (check out on the 17th). If you would like to come early to stay late outside of these dates, the special group rate will not apply and you will have to book the extra dates at the regular room rate.

Families often comment that staying in the same hotel as the Conference, with the other families, is a must for the full “Conference Experience.” Staying at the the official Conference hotel means that you’ll be right in the middle of all the action. Please reserve your accommodations early. Your reservation is your responsibility and must be booked directly with the hotel. First come, first served!
