Chromosome 18 is excited to announce this year will be the very special 20th Anniversary of our Annual Golf Tournament! Join us on September 27th, 2024 for a fun-filled day of celebration for our 20th year of golfing in support of our chromosome 18 children and families. Play 18 holes at the beautiful Silverhorn Golf Club in San Antonio, TX while raising money to help special-needs children and adults with chromosome 18 abnormalities live healthy, productive lives.
