The Conference will be held at the Hilton Charlotte Airport hotel, minutes from the Charlotte airport with complimentary shuttle pickup. Rooms are NOW available at a special Chromosome 18 rate of $145+tax, click HERE to navigate to the group room booking portal. Complimentary breakfast is included and all rooms in the Chromosome 18 block are suites. Check-in for Conference will be on the afternoon of July 7th, 2024. Conference will conclude with the Starfish Dinner and Dance on the evening of July 10th, 2024. Please book your room in advance.

Families often comment that staying in the same hotel as the Conference, with the other families, is a must for the full “Conference Experience.” Staying at the Hilton Charlotte Airport means that you’ll be right in the middle of all the Conference action.
