The Chromosome 18 Registry & Research Society is proud to present the Annual 5K Starfish Dash Run/Walk  & Health Fair for the 9th year! This FREE, official Fiesta event brings our San Antonio community together for a morning of family-friendly fun to support our special needs kids and families.
