This year, there will be a single registration price for each family member. You will have the option to choose a stipend from the Chromosome 18 Registry for a reduced registration fee, or purchase a ticket at the full regular price. Additionally, this year there will be a special first-time attendee flat-rate price of $100 USD/$145 CAD per person.

2025 Registration Fees

• Conference Participant (full cost): $400 USD/$570 CAD
• Conference Participant (reduced cost w/ stipend): $250 USD/$350 CAD
• First-Time Attendee Special Rate: $100 USD/ $145 CAD

Stipends, or reduced cost registration fees, are generated from funds raised by the Registry throughout the year and distributed to help offset the price of conference fees. The 2025 registration portal and fees will be available soon.

Due to the exorbitant cost and the lack of use of professional daycare services at past Conferences, there will be no professional daycare services offered at Conference this year. Families should plan accordingly for care, whether that mean bringing another family member to provide care, parents/guardians taking turns between providing care and going to sessions, or planning to bring your child or loved one into sessions with you and steping out if they are disruptive.

You MUST pre-register online. There will be no on-site registration.

Anyone attending Conference who plans to participate in events and enjoy provided meals needs to register. Children who are participating in the sibling track and will be eating provided meals need to be registered for Conference. Children and infants that will only be with caregivers during Conference and will not be eating provided meals or participating in the Sibling Track do not need to register.

Someone who do not need to register might be, for example, grandparents or others who are coming for the purpose of babysitting your child. They do not need to register if they will NOT:

• Attend any sessions (for parents, siblings, or self-advocates)
• Eat conference-planned group meals
• Attend any evening sessions – such as Ladies’ Night, Men’s Night, Siblings’ Night, etc.

Those not registered for Conference may attend the Starfish Dinner & Dance if they pay for their own seat ($100 USD each) or as the guest of someone who purchases a Starfish Dinner & Dance Table.

Please note: Reduced-cost stipend registration and the special first-time family pricing will close on June 13, 2025 at midnight (CST). All conference registration will close on June 27, 2025 at midnight (CST). No registration will be allowed after this time.
