Kelly Tremonte

Mid-Atlantic Coordinator

Hi, I’m Kelly Tremonte — a wife of 14 years to my husband, John, and a stay-at-home mom to four amazing kids: Joseph (10), Danny (9), Mary Jane (7), and Natalie (4). I love quiet mornings with coffee, baking, cooking, and crafting — and our sweet golden retriever, Daisy, is always close by. We enjoy weekends at the beach and summers spent by the pool, making memories as a family.

Our son Danny was diagnosed with Tetrasomy 18p as a baby, and his journey has brought so much perspective, love, and purpose into our lives. This year, Danny, my mom, and I attended our first Chromosome 18 conference in Canada — an experience we’ll always treasure. For the past four years, we’ve hosted Danny’s Squad, a fundraiser at our home to support the Chromosome 18 Registry and Research Society. It’s become a tradition rooted in love, and we’re incredibly grateful for the support from our community, family, and friends.

I’m also honored to step into the role of Mid-Atlantic Coordinator for the Chromosome 18 Registry & Research Society — a position that allows me to connect with other families and continue advocating for those with chromosome conditions.

In our everyday life, I stay involved by volunteering on the PTO at Danny’s school and serving on the board of our local little league. It’s a full life — and one I feel so thankful for every single day.
