Liz Woodfield

Vice President for Member Relations

Liz Woodfield (married to Bill Carlucci and mom to Christopher and Charlotte (T18P) Carlucci) is a BSN, RN who transitioned from clinical care into the pharmaceutical and biotech industry more than 20 years ago. Over the course of her career, Liz has held leadership roles on the commercial side of healthcare across NYC, New Jersey, and Pennsylvania, building expertise in marketing, strategic accounts, and patient access. While working full time, volunteering for the Registry and raising her kids, Liz also earned a dual concentration MBA in Pharmaceutical Marketing and Strategy and Leadership.

Liz and her family live in New Jersey at Galloping Lane Farm, a multi-generational horse farm where they share life with her mother, Rosemary Woodfield, and a menagerie of animals. Their connection to the Chromosome 18 Registry began in 2014, when Charlotte was diagnosed with Tetrasomy 18p after a challenging first year marked by missed milestones and recurrent illnesses.

Since joining, Liz has served in multiple leadership roles within the Registry and Research Society. She began as Mid-Atlantic Coordinator, organizing educational events and regional gatherings for families. She then served as Director of Marketing before being elected to the Board as Vice President of Development in 2019. Today, Liz serves as Vice President of Member Services, where she focuses on increasing member satisfaction and engagement by mentoring and strengthening the skills of the regional coordinators.

Liz looks forward to continuing to combine her professional background in marketing and analytics with her passion for the Chromosome 18 community — helping raise awareness, expand outreach, and support families navigating the journey.
