Tony Haney

Tony Haney, wife Shelley children Jaxon and Katelyn (Tetrasomy 18P) joined the Registry in 2011, attended our first Conference in 2013, and have wanted to be a bigger part of the Registry ever since.
Tony has owned and operated his own retail Golf Business for over 30 years.

Tony is the Vice Chair of the Niagara Peninsula Foundation for Children, a local Charity who specializes in raising money for children with special needs or children of families that need support. He is also a member of Wise Guys Charity Fund, another local Charity that raises funds for the betterment of Niagara Region and have raised and rolled back over $4.5 Million over the last 30 years.

Tony says his family is also one of the driving forces behind Canadian Chromosome 18 as he hopes to bring more awareness of Chromosome 18 abnormalities to Canadians. He is excited to be a part of this Board and shaping the future for our families, as that is what he believes our organization is. Chromosome 18 = Family.
