Upon joining, you will receive a series of welcome emails from the Program Service Coordinator with valuable resource links and articles! Your Program Service Coordinator is also available by phone and EMAIL to answer member questions. Within a month of joining, you will receive a personal phone call from your Program Service Coordinator to welcome you to our Chromosome 18 family. Included with membership is contact information for Regional and Syndrome Coordinators as well as our VP of Member Relations. These are experienced parent volunteers who are a wealth of knowledge.

- Monthly e-newsletters from Chromosome 18
- Research e-newsletters sent from our Clinical Research Center. These up to date newsletter are a valuable ongoing resource
- Online publications from our Clinical Research Center such as our Clinical Management Guide
- (Private) closed Facebook groups for your geographical region to connect with families near you! Regional groups plan in person get togethers.
- (Private) closed Syndrome Facebook groups to connect with people who are experienced with the same syndrome. These groups are a great place to ask questions and mine for information!
- (Private) closed Facebook group for all members. All our closed Facebook groups are a great way to connect with other families. The comradery of others who understand makes the journey so much sweeter!
