Phantom Tea & Wine is Chromosome 18’s most important fundraiser of the year and it’s easy to get involved! This virtual celebration has been a tradition for over 25 years for our families and friends. Look for the package in the mail or you can join in virtually at our digital fundraising page HERE. Invite your friends to come together and support the very important Mission of helping our Chromosome 18 families. The actual day is always the first Sunday of December (Sunday the 4th this year). but you can also join in before and after as well. It’s all up to you!
