Session Description:

What is Brain Gym®?

Brain Gym® is a system that utilizes 26 specific movements to optimize brain activity. The movements are easy to learn, adaptable to all situations and physical abilities, and require no special textbooks, equipment, or software.

How does it work?

The Brain Gym® movements facilitate the growth and development of neural pathways within the brain and throughout the body, resulting in improvements in movement, coordination, behavior, concentration, memory, reading, emotional expression, and relating to peers/teachers/parents.

Brain Gym® calms a person while simultaneously optimizing brain function, both keys to high level learning and performance. The movements release the body's response to stress, thereby enabling the individual to relax, learn, and be creative.

Where is Brain Gym® being used successfully?
