Refrigeration: The room refrigerators are completely stocked each morning with beverages provided by the hotel. For those needing additional space for medicine and/or food, an additional refrigerator will need to be reserved at the time of the hotel booking. The fee is $35.00 for the duration of your stay.
Boarding Passes: Each family will want to sign up for the Boarding Pass rewards card through Station Casinos (Red Rock Casino). You can use your Boarding Pass for a 10% discount at the gift shop, plus a discount when using your card at the Feast (buffet). If you do decide to gamble in the casino, you will earn additional rewards. Please visit the website, www.redrocklasvegas.com, to sign-up and for additional information. We will have a link on the website as the conference approaces. Families can sign up online, and, when they arrive, they will need to get their Boarding Passes upon check-in.
Share the Care: One of the sessions during the conference is "Share the Care". The author, Sheila Warnock, will present what "Share the Care" is about and also how to utilize the handbook. You will need to purchase the Handbook prior to coming to the conference so that you have it with you and ready to use! It can be purchased from www.sharethecare.org.
