In order for children to to play in the Kids Zone, they MUST have a current shot record (immunizations) on file. You can send them to Anita, one of the conference co-chairs, who will keep them in a folder until you arrive for the conference. They will be given back to you at registration. You can choose whichever method is easiest for you:
