The 2009 Annual Conference will take place in the beautiful Red Rock Casino, Resort, and Spa in Las Vegas, Nevada.
Hotel rooms are available on a first-come, first-serve basis. As part of the registration fee, some meals will be included. This is the first conference we have had the pleasure of having in Las Vegas. The hotel is about 20-30 minutes from the Las Vegas Strip and Downtown Las Vegas. There is a three-acre backyard pool, Spa and fitness center, Regal Movie Theater, Bowling, Kids Quest and a food court area sure to please everyone.

We have reserved a block of rooms at the hotel for conference attendees. In addition, we have secured reduced room rates! The rates are as follows:
Single: $135 per night ($110.00 + 24.99 resort fee)
Double: $135 per night ($110.00 + 24.99 resort fee)
Suite: $250 ($225 + 24.99 resort fee)
In the double occupancy rooms, a 3rd/4th adult in room is an additional $35.00 per person per day. Children under 17 stay in the room for free.These rates are guaranteed for 3 days prior and 3 days after conference, subject to availability.
Effective July 1st, 2009, the State of Nevada's sales tax will increase from 9% to 12% effective 7/1/09
Room reservations are made by the individual families directly with Red Rock Casino. Call them at 866-767-7773. Be sure to tell them you are with the Chromosome 18 Registry. We recommend you make your room reservations immediately. After May 28, 2009, any rooms in our block will be open to the public and cannot be guaranteed. Handicap accessible rooms are available but are limited, so please reserve early. If you need a refrigerator you will need to rent one. The refrigerator in the room is stocked with items that you will be charged for if removed. The hotel has agreed to offer a flat rate for refrigerators of $35.00 per entire stay. Requests for refrigerators need to be made at the time of the room reservation. Refrigerators are available on a first-come, first-serve basis.
Please Note: You must indicate that you are attending the Chromosome 18 Registry Conference when booking the room to receive great rates! In addition, when you indicate that you are attending the Chromosome 18 Registry Conference, you are helping us to earn "perks", such as the use of conference rooms,etc. For these reasons, it is important that you indicate that you are attending the conference as you book your room!! These rates will be offered for three days prior to and three days after the conference, subject to availability.
Cancellation Policy: All reservations are subject to a 48-hour cancellation policy. Reservations cancelled within 48 hours prior to arrival will be charged a no-show fee of one night room and tax.
